Concierge Alternative Care is a new concept in today's healthcare.  Also known as direct care or membership medicine.   It is a relationship between the client and the alternative care practitioner or lifestyle educator in which the client pays a nominal fee per  annum.  During times of economic turmoil, many people find themselves putting their health aside for financial reasons.  This often leads to stress and newly developing health issues  or at times greater health problems down the road.  To ensure your health  needs are supported, here at Holistic Health Counseling and Education we have designed optional programs customized to better meet your personal health, preventive care and economic needs.  These programs offer the same personal benefits and preventive care we currently provide, plus so much more at a lower cost.

The payment for these services is $1200 per year (or $650 twice a year) paid in advance
which includes the following:
 · Free initial consultation
· New patient evaluation and follow-up visit
· Monthly or bi-monthly counseling sessions, a total of 12 hours per  year
· Free phone consultations*
· Free email responses*
· 6 BIA’s per year (a bioelectrical analysis of your personal body composition)
· Up-to-date advanced research for your specific health condition(s)  up to six hours**
· 10% discount on all supplements
· 10%- 20% discount on all labs
· Free Handouts, Newsletters, Video Blog, Samples
This program provides a total value of over 60% savings plus a  discount on labs, supplements and more.

Program B
The payment for these services is $3600 per year (or $1900 twice a  year), paid in advance
which includes the following: 
· Local outcall visits to your home, hospital and rehabilitation facilities, no travel charges
·  Free unlimited phone consultations available 24/7
 · Free initial consultation
 · New patient evaluation and follow up-visit
· Monthly or bi-monthly counseling sessions, a total of 15 hours per year
· 6 BIA’s per year (a bioelectrical analysis of your personal body composition)
· Free unlimited email responses
· Free up-to-date advanced research for your specific health condition(s)**
· Free Handouts, Newsletters, Video Blog, Samples
· 10% discount on all supplements
· 10%- 30% discount on all labs
